The sun peeks out tiptoeing into the blue layer sandwiched between frilly cafe curtain clouds. The falling snow takes its cue leaving the stage, content in knowing that its quietly dramatic performance was of the highest caliber, the set gloriously changed by its soft presence. The valley is white now as are the hills. The trees stand tall modeling their new thick coats - white on green It is peaceful and still - no wind no cars Only creation willingly performing for its Creator and His guests. Dark gray-whiteness obscures much of the valley. A hint of pink traces the outline of snow painted branches to mark where the sun has retired. New fallen snow covers the tracks of bold adventurers -- explorers of a brave new world. Darkness will come drawing the curtain on "A Snowy Day in March in Oregon". 3/2/89 dmd ©2018
